Pilates at Golds Gym Dr. Phillips will rip your face off!

Every Tuesday and Friday at 10:30 am I have the pleasure of leading a Pilates Mat class at Golds Gym Dr. Phillips in Orlando. This is a HUGE gym with well over 10, 000 members and that translates to HUGE classes as well.
