Mr. F teaching in Northwest Montana!

Quick note...while in Montana I had the immense pleasure to "guest teach" a Pilates class at The Bigfork Athletic Club in Bigfork, Montana. Wonderful experience and I got to meet some pretty cool people who share the same love of Pilates that I do.
