New workout series from Motley Fitness: Exercise Breakdown!


Yes you heard it here first! I have just created and filmed my first episode in a new workout series titled: Exercise Breakdown. Exercise Breakdown will be short episodes that focus and describe one exercise/pose at a time. This is a great way to make sure you are doing the correct form and also know how to modify and progress to suit your own fitness level. I always want people to be comfortable with exercise and advance to their own level.

These exercises can be done alone, after or before your workout, or you can put them together and create your own dynamic workout! Most of the exercises will be mat based Pilates and Yoga but weights will be used from time to time.
