Motley Fitness is a life choice.


I am developing Motley Fitness into a fitness guide to a healthy, strong life. There are plenty of workouts on the market that will kick your butt into shape in a very short amount of time (and I have several workouts that will do the same) but the questions persists...where do I go after the program? Most intense programs are not something your body can maintain any extended period of time. Where do you go after you have worked so hard?

Motley Fitness promises to provide workouts in this new decade to create a healthy and better looking you right now AND in the many, many years to come. By using mostly mat based programs (ie Pilates and Yoga) you will focus on creating a healthy body from the inside out that will guide you through a life of vitality and youthfulness.

Many new and exciting things coming in 2010 from Motley Fitness!


It is such an exciting time at Motley Fitness! Our line of workout DVDs which debuted two months ago have been selling very well and getting rave reviews, live classes continue to be packed and growing with fitness hungry people, Motley Podcasts are circling the globe bringing safe and responsible fitness to people in all countries, and Yoga for the Runner workout DVD debuts this weekend to the world!

Thank you to everyone who has given me and Motley Fitness a chance to help you achieve your fitness goals. I want to be as diverse as I can with my products so that every fitness level and age can indulge and reap the many, many benefits. Fitness must become a priority with the public as the warning signs of obesity and complacency persist. There is no end to work that I must do but I accept the challenge and hope to earn your business with blood, sweat, tears, and ripped abs.

I promise to always create workouts that are effective, fun, dynamic, bold, flowing, and original.

What a day!

Why? It is the best song of the 2000's. Brilliant and bright it will take your breath away. I used it in Spinning this morning and the bikes almost sparked from the intensity.

New workout series from Motley Fitness: Exercise Breakdown!


Yes you heard it here first! I have just created and filmed my first episode in a new workout series titled: Exercise Breakdown. Exercise Breakdown will be short episodes that focus and describe one exercise/pose at a time. This is a great way to make sure you are doing the correct form and also know how to modify and progress to suit your own fitness level. I always want people to be comfortable with exercise and advance to their own level.

These exercises can be done alone, after or before your workout, or you can put them together and create your own dynamic workout! Most of the exercises will be mat based Pilates and Yoga but weights will be used from time to time.
